Item 5.02
Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.
 
 
  Reis, Inc. (the “Company”) and David M. Strong, the Company’s Senior Vice President, Development, have mutually agreed to terminate Mr. Strong’s employment, effective October 31, 2009.  Mr. Strong was previously employed by the Company under a contract that expired on July 31, 2009.  From August 1, 2009 through October 31, 2009, Mr. Strong was employed on an at will basis as he completed the sell out of the Company’s Gold Peak project and ensured the proper transition to other Company personnel of any open matters relating to the Gold Peak project and the Company’s four previously developed projects in the Denver area.
