Item 5.02. Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers

 

On April 19, 2017, Neil Kim notified Silicon Laboratories Inc. of his decision to resign from his position as a member of its Board of Directors effective at the end of the day on April 20, 2017. Mr. Kim resigned as he decided to pursue an opportunity with full time operational responsibilities and not due to any disagreement with Silicon Laboratories Inc. regarding its operations, policies or practices.
