(the "Company"), a Delaware corporation, is a provider of silicon, software and solutions for the Internet of Things (IoT), Internet infrastructure, industrial control, consumer and automotive markets. Within the semiconductor industry, the Company is known as a "fabless" company meaning that the integrated circuits (ICs) incorporated in its products are manufactured by third-party foundry semiconductor companies.
