The effect of options, restricted stock and restricted stock units that were excluded from the calculation of diluted weighted average shares outstanding because the exercise price or grant price of the securities exceeded the average market price of the Company's common stock were: 1.0 million shares of common stock for both the three and nine months endedSeptember 30, 2015, respectively; and 1.0 million shares of common stock for both the three and nine months ended September 30,2014. The weighted average share impacts of options, restricted stock and restricted stock units that were excluded from the calculation of weighted average shares due to the Company's incurring a net loss for the three and nine months endedSeptember 30,2015 were 0.1 million shares; and 0.2 million shares for the both the three and nine months ended September 30, 2014, respectively.
