As of September 30, 2015, the Company has 6,000,000 shares of preferred stock, par value $0.001 authorized and 450,000,000 shares of common stock, par value $0.001 authorized. On July 21, 2015, the Company’s shareholders’ approved an amendment to the Company’s Restated Certificate of Incorporation to increase the number of authorized shares of common stock from 300,000,000 to 450,000,000.
