In accordance with the treasury stock method, the Company has included the following common equivalent shares in the calculation of diluted weighted average number of common shares outstanding for the three and nine months ended September 30, relating to outstanding stock options and restricted stock units:

Outstanding options and restricted stock units to purchase or receive 39,214 and 3,692 shares of common stock for the three month period ended September 30, 2022 and 2021, respectively, have been excluded from the calculation of diluted weighted average number of common and common equivalent shares as such options and restricted stock units would be anti-dilutive. Options and restricted stock units to purchase or receive 38,870 and 20,384 shares for the nine month period ended September 30, 2022 and 2021, respectively, have been excluded from the calculation of diluted weighted average of common and common equivalent shares as such options and restricted stock units would be anti-dilutive.
