In accordance with the treasury stock method, the Company has included the following common equivalent shares in the calculation of diluted weighted average number of common shares outstanding for the three and six months ended June 30, relating to outstanding stock options and restricted stock units:

Outstanding options and restricted stock units to purchase or receive 39,156 shares of common stock for the three month period ended June 30, 2022 have been excluded from the calculation of diluted weighted average number of common and common equivalent shares as such options and restricted stock units would be anti-dilutive. For the three months ended June 30, 2021, there were no-anti-dilutive outstanding options or restricted stock units. Options and restricted stock units to purchase or receive 38,465 and 23,620 shares for the six month period ended June 30, 2022 and 2021, respectively, have been excluded from the calculation of diluted weighted average of common and common equivalent shares as such options and restricted stock units would be anti-dilutive.
