In accordance with the treasury stock method, the Company has included the following common equivalent shares in the calculation of diluted weighted average number of common shares outstanding for the three and six month periods endedJune 30, solely relating to outstanding stock options and restricted stock units:

Outstanding options and restricted stock units to purchase or receive 141,650 and 269,154 shares of common stock for the three month periods ended June 30, 2013 and 2012, respectively, and options and restricted stock units to purchase or receive 141,636 and 210,607 shares of common stock for the six month periods ended June 30, 2013 and 2012, respectively, have been excluded from the calculation of diluted weighted average number of common and common equivalent shares as such options and restricted stock units would be anti-dilutive.
