Equity Method Investment, Description of Principal Activities target an aggregate equity investment of $1.0 billion. The program expects to employ leverage allowing for an initial investment capacity of approximately $2.0 billion. Under the two-year agreement, the Company will provide its partners first offers to form joint ventures with it to invest in acquisition opportunities that meet the program’s target investment criteria.
