On September 2, 2021, INDUS Realty Trust, Inc. (“INDUS” or the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that its Board of Directors has declared a cash dividend for the quarter ending September 30, 2021 (the “2021 third quarter”) of $0.15 per share of common stock. The 2021 third quarter dividend will be payable on September 30, 2021, to holders of record as of the close of business on September 16, 2021.
A copy of the Company’s September 2, 2021, press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1. INDUS ANNOUNCES 2021 THIRD QUARTER DIVIDEND
NEW YORK, NEW YORK (September 2, 2021) INDUS Realty Trust, Inc. (Nasdaq: INDT) (“INDUS”), a U.S. based industrial/logistics REIT, announced today that its Board of Directors has declared a cash dividend for the quarter ending September 30, 2021 (the “2021 third quarter”) of $0.15 per share of common stock. The 2021 third quarter dividend will be payable on September 30, 2021, to holders of record as of the close of business on September 16, 2021.

INDUS is a real estate business principally engaged in developing, acquiring, managing and leasing industrial/logistics properties. INDUS owns 43 buildings totaling approximately 5.3 million square feet (including 33 industrial/logistics buildings aggregating approximately 4.9 million square feet) in Connecticut, Pennsylvania, North Carolina and Florida in addition to over 3,400 acres of undeveloped land.
