VISHAY INTERTECHNOLOGY DECLARES QUARTERLY DIVIDEND
MALVERN, Pa., February 22, 2022 - Vishay Intertechnology, Inc. (NYSE:VSH), one of the world's largest
manufacturers of discrete semiconductors and passive components, announced today that the Company’s Board of Directors declared a dividend of $0.10 per share of common stock and Class B common stock to be paid March 30, 2022 to stockholders of
record as of the close of business on March 17, 2022. Future dividends will be subject to Board approval.
