Cash Dividend Declaration

On August 22, 2017, Vishay declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.0625 per share of common stock and Class B common stock outstanding payable on September 28, 2017 to stockholders of record at the close of business on September 15, 2017. A copy of the press release announcing the dividend declaration is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this report.

Vishay Intertechnology Declares Quarterly Dividend

MALVERN, PENNSYLVANIA – August 22, 2017 Vishay Intertechnology, Inc. (NYSE: VSH), announced today that the Company's Board of Directors declared a dividend of $0.0625 per share of common stock and Class B common stock to be paid on September 28, 2017 to stockholders of record as of the close of business on September 15, 2017.  Future dividends will be subject to Board approval.
