Cash Dividend Declaration

On November 10, 2015, Vishay declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.06 per share of common stock and Class B common stock outstanding payable on December 22, 2015 to stockholders of record at the close of business on December 3, 2015. A copy of the press release announcing the dividend declaration is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this report.

Vishay Intertechnology Declares Quarterly Dividend

MALVERN, PENNSYLVANIA – November 10, 2015 Vishay Intertechnology, Inc. (NYSE: VSH), announced today that the Company's Board of Directors declared a dividend of $0.06 per share of common stock and Class B common stock, to be paid on December 22, 2015 to stockholders of record as of the close of business on December 3, 2015. Future dividends will be subject to Board approval.
