Acquisition Costs During the quarter and nine months ended September 30, 2017, the Company accrued $161,800 and $287,700 respectively, of expenses related to the proposed acquisition of JHC, as discussed in Note 9. Such expenses are included in professional fees, general and administrative and other in the Company's condensed consolidated statements of operations.
