Item 1.02

Termination of a Material Definitive Agreement

On May 12, 2021, Identiv, Inc. (the “Company”) was notified by East West Bank (the “Lender”) that the Lender had received confirmation from the United States Small Business Administration that the principal and interest amounts outstanding of approximately $2.9 million under the Company’s promissory note issued by the Lender pursuant to the Paycheck Protection Program established under Section 1102 of the Coronavirus Aid, Relief and Economic Security (CARES) Act had been forgiven effective May 7, 2021.
