On November 23, 2012, through our counsel, Barbara A. Jones, Esq. of Greenberg Traurig, LLP, we requested an extension of time to December 20, 2012 in order to submit the Company’s response to the Staff Comment Letter. This letter is to confirm the telephone conversation today between Ryan Rohn of the Staff and Ms. Jones, in which the Staff agreed to grant such request for an extension to December 20, 2012.
