5. Discontinued Operations

During the fourth quarter of 2012, we substantially completed the shutdown of our operation located in Delaware, which we decided to curtail operating in the fourth quarter of 2011. No activity was reported for the year ended December 31, 2016 or for the year ended December 31, 2015. The after tax loss was less than $0.1 million for the year ended December 31, 2014. These results have been recorded in discontinued operations under “Loss from discontinued operations, net of income tax benefit.” No interest expense has been allocated to discontinued operations.
