On November 25, 2022, FNCB Bancorp, Inc. ("FNCB"), the parent company of it's wholly-owned subsidiary, FNCB Bank (the "Bank"), announced that the Bank added one new member to its advisory board, expanding it to 22 members.
A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
