7 - Cash Distributions From Partnerships	7. In November 2012, the Company received $1,980 in cash distributions from two partnerships. Income from partnerships in the second quarter and nine-month periods of fiscal 2013 of $1,450 represents proceeds received in excess of invested amounts. The Company’s partnership interests resulted from its leasing of supermarkets in two shopping centers. The Company remains a tenant in one of these shopping centers.
