    As of January 29, 2022, the Company has not made any contributions to its pension plans in fiscal 2022.  The Company expects to terminate one of the plans during fiscal 2022. The Company will fully fund this plan and liquidate all plan assets to purchase annuity contracts from an insurance company for all participants who do not elect a lump sum distribution. As of July 31, 2021, the funded status of this plan was a net liability of $3,844. Contributions to the remaining plans are expected to be immaterial in fiscal 2022.
