LONG-TERM DEBT	LONG-TERM DEBT: In January 2014, SJG issued $30.0 million aggregate principal amount of 4.23% Medium Term Notes (MTN's) due January 2030. We retire debt when it is cost effective as permitted by the debt agreements. Our long-term debt agreements contain no financial covenants.
