SUBSEQUENT EVENTS	SUBSEQUENT EVENT: In October 2012, Hurricane Sandy made landfall in New Jersey, bringing high winds, heavy rainfall, and flooding to homes and businesses throughout the northeastern United States. Service disruptions and damage to Company facilities was minimal. The Company is currently evaluating the impact of the storm, and is unable at this time to estimate a possible loss or range of loss related to Hurricane Sandy, however such costs are not expected to be significant.
