CALIFORNIA WATER SERVICE GROUP BOARD OF DIRECTORS
DECLARES 281ST CONSECUTIVE QUARTERLY DIVIDEND
SAN JOSE, Calif. At its meeting today, the California Water Service Group (NYSE: CWT) Board of Directors declared the companys 281st consecutive quarterly dividend in the amount of $0.1675 per common share. It will be payable on May 22, 2015, to stockholders of record on May 11, 2015.
California Water Service Group is the parent company of California Water Service, Washington Water Service Company, New Mexico Water Service Company, Hawaii Water Service Company, Inc., CWS Utility Services, and HWS Utility Services. Together these companies provide regulated and non-regulated water service to nearly 2 million people in California, Washington, New Mexico, and Hawaii.
