CALIFORNIA WATER SERVICE GROUP BOARD OF DIRECTORS

DECLARES 279TH CONSECUTIVE QUARTERLY DIVIDEND

SAN JOSE, Calif. — At its meeting today, the California Water Service Group (NYSE: CWT) Board of Directors declared the company’s 279th consecutive quarterly dividend in the amount of $0.1625 per common share.  It will be payable on November 21, 2014, to stockholders of record on November 10, 2014.

California Water Service Group is the parent company of California Water Service Company, Washington Water Service Company, New Mexico Water Service Company, Hawaii Water Service Company, Inc., CWS Utility Services, and HWS Utility Services.  Together these companies provide regulated and non-regulated water service to nearly 2 million people in California, Washington, New Mexico, and Hawaii.  Group’s common stock trades on the New York Stock Exchange under the symbol “CWT.”  Additional information is available at our web site at www.calwatergroup.com.
