NOTE 9. DEPOSITS

The approximate amount of certificates of deposit of $250,000 or more was $43.2 million and $38.9 million at December 31, 2020 and 2019, respectively.

The following table provides information on the approximate maturities of total time deposits at December 31, 2020 and 2019.

As of December 31, 2020 and 2019, deposits, both direct and indirect, from directors, their associates and policy-making officers, totaled approximately $4.8 million and $5.5 million, respectively.

At December 31, 2020 and December 31, 2019, we had no brokered deposits.
