Shore Bancshares, Inc. (the “Company”) is filing an investor presentation (the “Presentation”), which was used by George S. Rapp, the Company’s Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, and Patrick M. Bilbrough, the President and Chief Executive Officer of The Talbot Bank of Easton, Maryland, the Company’s wholly-owned bank subsidiary, for presentations to investors and others at the FIG Partners 10^th Annual Bank CEO Forum on September 16, 2014. The Presentation replaces and supersedes investor presentation materials previously furnished  as an exhibit to the Company’s Current Reports on Form 8-K.
