Compensation and Employee Benefit Plans [Text Block]	NOTE 12. BENEFIT PLANS 401(k) and Profit Sharing Plan The Company has a 401(k) and profit sharing plan covering substantially all full-time employees. The plan calls for matching contributions by the Company, and the Company makes discretionary contributions based on profits. Company contributions to this plan included in expense totaled $513 thousand, $430 thousand, and $501 thousand for 2012, 2011, and 2010, respectively. The expense increased in 2012 when compared to 2011 because there were larger forfeitures available to reduce 401(k) costs during 2011.
