On August 15, 2018, Autoliv, Inc. (the Company) announced that its Board of Directors declared a quarterly dividend of 62 cents per share for the fourth quarter of 2018. The dividend will be payable on December 6, 2018 to Company stockholders of record on the close of business on November 21, 2018.

Autoliv Declares Quarterly Dividend
(Stockholm, Sweden, August 15, 2018) Autoliv, Inc. (NYSE: ALV and SSE: ALIVsdb), the worldwide leader in automotive safety systems, today announced that its Board of Directors has declared a quarterly dividend of 62 cents per share for the fourth quarter 2018.
The dividend will be payable on Thursday, December 6, 2018 to Autoliv shareholders of record on the close of business on Wednesday, November 21. The ex-date will be Tuesday, November 20, for holders of common stock listed on the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE) as well as for holders of Swedish Depository Receipts (SDRs) listed on Nasdaq Stockholm.
