Goodwill	Note 7: Goodwill The Company has goodwill recorded on the consolidated financial statements relating to the purchase of five branches during the years 1994 through 2000. The balance of the goodwill at September 30, 2011 and December 31, 2010, as reflected on the consolidated balance sheets was $2,807,842. Management determined that these purchases qualified as acquisitions of businesses and that the related unidentifiable intangibles were goodwill. Therefore, amortization was discontinued effective January 1, 2002. The goodwill balance was tested for impairment in the fourth quarter of 2010, and no impairment was determined to exist.
