NOBLE INTERNATIONAL ANNOUNCES QUARTERLY DIVIDEND

TROY, Michigan — June 2, 2008 — Noble International, Ltd. (NASDAQ: NOBL) today announced that a quarterly dividend of $0.08 per share of Noble common stock will be paid June 30, 2008 to stockholders of record on June 13, 2008.
