On May 7, 2010, Eclipsys Corporation (“Eclipsys”) held its 2010 Annual Meeting of Stockholders in Atlanta, Georgia. The stockholders considered and approved the two proposals submitted for stockholder vote, each of which is described in detail in Eclipsys’ 2010 Proxy Statement.
