Basis of Presentation	2. Basis of Presentation Our consolidated financial statements at December 31, 2014 and 2013 and for each of the years ended December 31, 2014, 2013 and 2012 include the accounts and operating results of the Operating Partnership, the LLCs, other partnerships and the taxable REIT subsidiaries on a consolidated basis. Such financial statements present our limited partnership interests in each of the Other Real Estate Partnerships and our noncontrolling equity interests in our Joint Ventures under the equity method of accounting. All intercompany transactions have been eliminated in consolidation.
