Departure of Directors or Certain Officers
On December 23, 2009, Joel D. Murray advised Flagstar Bancorp, Inc. (“Flagstar”) that he was resigning as Senior Vice-President and Chief Accounting Officer effective January 31, 2009
Item 7.01. Regulation FD Disclosure.
On December 23, 2009, Mr. Murray advised Flagstar that he was resigning as Senior Vice-President and Chief Accounting Officer to pursue an opportunity in Texas for personal reasons. According to Mr. Murray, this involves taking a similar position with a strategic partner of Flagstar.
