Appointment of Principal Accounting Officer

Logitech International S.A. has determined that, for purposes of financial reporting, Logitech’s Senior Vice President, Finance and Chief Financial Officer, Erik K. Bardman, has assumed the function of principal accounting officer effective May 3, 2010, in addition to his role as principal financial officer. In connection with the assumption of the principal accounting officer role by Mr. Bardman, Thomas Fergoda has ceased performing the function of principal accounting officer effective May 3, 2010.

No additional compensation will be paid to Mr. Bardman in connection with the assumption of this additional role.

Information concerning Mr. Bardman is set out in Logitech’s Current Report on Form 8-K dated September 21, 2009, and is incorporated herein by reference.
