Due to lack of sufficient internal personnel needed to prepare the Form 10-Q in a timely manner following the Company's reduction in workforce on September 23, 2014 , we were unable to finalize and file our quarterly report on Form 10-Q by November 14, 2014 without unreasonable effort or expense. The registrant plans to file such report no later than five business days after its original prescribed due date.
