Fair Value Disclosures [Abstract]
Fair Value Measurements

5. FAIR VALUE MEASUREMENTS

GAAP establishes a valuation hierarchy for disclosure of the inputs to valuation used to measure fair value. This hierarchy prioritizes the inputs into three broad levels as follows. Level 1 inputs are quoted prices (unadjusted) in active markets for identical assets or liabilities. Level 2 inputs are quoted prices for similar assets and liabilities in active markets or inputs that are observable for the asset or liability, either directly or indirectly through market corroboration. Level 3 inputs are unobservable inputs based on our own assumptions used to measure assets and liabilities at fair value. A financial asset or liability’s classification within the hierarchy is determined based on the lowest level input that is significant to the fair value measurement.

The following table provides the assets and liabilities carried at fair value measured on a recurring basis as of December 31, 2018 and December 31, 2017:

There were no assets transferred from level 1 to level 2 as of December 31, 2018 or December 31, 2017. The Company did not have any assets or liabilities that are re-measured on a recurring basis using significant unobservable inputs as of December 31, 2018 or December 31, 2017.

The fair values of financial instruments including cash and cash equivalents, restricted cash, accounts receivable, and accounts payable approximated their respective carrying values as of December 31, 2018 and 2017, respectively. The aggregate carrying value of the Company’s debt was $18,877,333 and $18,970,317 as of December 31, 2018 and 2017, respectively.   These estimates were based on market interest rates for comparable obligations, general market conditions and maturity. The Company’s debt is classified as level 2 in the fair value hierarchy.
