Commitments and Contingencies	12. COMMITMENTS AND CONTINGENCIES The Company enters into contracts that contain a variety of representations and warranties and which may provide general indemnifications. The Company’s maximum exposure under these arrangements is unknown as it involves future claims that may be made against the Company under circumstances that have not occurred. The Company leases an automobile under a lease expiring on February 25, 2017. The future minimum lease payments under the lease in aggregate are $15,035 comprised of annual payments of $13,878 and $1,157 for the years ending December 31, 2016 and 2017, respectively.
