Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure.
On July 10, 2019, Group 1 Automotive, Inc., a Delaware corporation, announced its plans to conduct a conference call on July 25, 2019 following the release of financial results for the second quarter ended June 30, 2019. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated in this Item 7.01 by reference.
