On February 14, 2019, Group 1 Automotive, Inc. announced that its Board of Directors approved a cash dividend of $0.26 per share for the fourth quarter of 2018, payable on March 15, 2019 to stockholders of record on March 1, 2019.

Group 1 Automotive Declares Quarterly Cash Dividend
HOUSTON, February 14, 2019 — Group 1 Automotive, Inc. (NYSE: GPI), ("Group 1" or the "Company"), an international, Fortune 500 automotive retailer, today announced that its board of directors declared a cash dividend of $0.26 per share for the fourth quarter of 2018. The dividend will be payable on March 15, 2019, to stockholders of record as of March 1, 2019.
