On October 12, 2006, Michael J. Astrue, J.D. voluntarily resigned as a director of the Company pursuant to his intent to re-enter public service, Mr. Astrue’s letter of resignation is attached as an exhibit to this Current Report on Form 8-K. The Board of Directors has thanked Mr. Astrue for his service to the Company.
