In the United States the Company sells its products and services directly to hospitals and clinics.  In all international markets, the Company sells its products to distributors who, in turn, sell to hospitals and clinics.

With respect to accounts receivable, the Company performs credit evaluations of its customers and does not require collateral.  No single customer represented greater than 10% of gross accounts receivable as of either June 30, 2012 or December 31, 2011.  There have been no material losses on customer receivables.

Revenue by geographic destination as a percentage of total net revenue for both of the six month periods ended June 30, 2012 and 2011 was 84% in the United States and 16% in international markets, respectively.  No single customer represented greater than 10% of the total net revenue for three and six months ended June 30, 2012 and 2011.
