Item 8.01 Other Events.

On October 20, 2021 New Jersey Mining Company, Inc. (the “Company”) granted a total of 2,600,000 options to purchase the Company’s common stock to employees and directors of the Company.  All of the options vest immediately and are exercisable for a period of three years from their grant dates (October 20, 2024 respectively) at a price of $0.40 per share.
