On January 3, 2023, the Issuer entered into an agreement with Willis H. Stephens, Jr. (the "Reporting Person") whereby the Reporting Person was granted a restricted stock award of 2,600 shares of Class A Common Stock that vests on January 3, 2028, pursuant to the Issuer's Amended and Restated Stock Award Plan.
Of such shares, 7,700 are restricted shares, subject to vesting, issued pursuant to the Restricted Stock Award Plan. 466 shares were acquired under the Issuer's dividend reinvestment plan.
