SUBSEQUENT EVENTS	(10) SUBSEQUENT EVENTS On June 6, 2022, the Board of Directors of the Company declared cash dividends of $0.2145 for each share of Common Stock and $0.2375 for each share of Class A Common Stock. The dividends are payable on July 15, 2022 to stockholders of record on July 1, 2022.
