SUBSEQUENT EVENTS	(9) SUBSEQUENT EVENTS On September 3, 2020, the Board of Directors of the Company declared cash dividends of $0.1250 for each share of Common Stock and $0.14 for each share of Class A Common Stock. The dividends are payable on October 16, 2020 to stockholders of record on October 2, 2020.
