SUBSEQUENT EVENTS	(9) SUBSEQUENT EVENTS On September 4, 2019, the Board of Directors of the Company declared cash dividends of $0.275 for each share of Common Stock and $0.245 for each share of Class A Common Stock. The dividends are payable on October 18, 2019 to stockholders of record on October 4, 2019.
