SUBSEQUENT EVENTS	(9) SUBSEQUENT EVENTS On June 4, 2018, the Board of Directors of the Company declared cash dividends of $0.27 for each share of Common Stock and $0.24 for each share of Class A Common Stock. The dividends are payable on July 20, 2018 to stockholders of record on July 6, 2018.
