(NYSE:UBA and UBP), a real estate investment trust, announced today that it has closed a public offering of 800,000 shares of its 7.5% Series D Senior Cumulative Preferred Stock. The shares have a liquidation value of $25.00 per share, have no stated maturity and may be redeemed by the Company at par on or after April 12, 2010. The shares sold in this offering were a further issuance of, form a single class with, and have the same terms as, the Company's outstanding shares of 7.5% Series D Senior Cumulative Preferred Stock issued on April 12, 2005 and May 3, 2005.
