The following transactions have been completed: On March 27, 2001, the Board of Directors of Conectiv declared a Common Stock dividend of $18,069,357.46 and a Common Stock Class A dividend of $4,557,226.40 for total dividend payments of $22,626,583.86. As of March 31, 2001, accumulated retained earnings after accounting for the common dividends declared amounted to $60,784,000. Therefore, no action was undertaken pursuant to the Orders.
