ITEM 8.01 OTHER EVENTS.
Pacific Premier Bancorp, Inc., the parent company of Pacific Premier Bank, today reports that the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency has approved Pacific Premier Bank’s application to convert from a California-chartered bank to a national banking association. Pacific Premier Bank’s conversion to a national banking association will be effective on December 14, 2024, at which time Pacific Premier Bank’s legal name will change to “Pacific Premier Bank, National Association.”
